I was 10 when I first saw a computer, and I fell in love right away.

Two years later, there was a computer as a prize for magazine sales at school. I hit the pavement and sold so many subscriptions I thought sure I would win it, I came close. Tt took the kindness of a classmate who beat me, trading it to me for the radio I wound up with.

With that act of selflessness, she set in motion a lifetime of learning and a career doing exactly what I told people I wanted to do when I was 10.

While in college, I learned to build and repair PC’s as I was constantly adding new components an upgrades.

At the same time I was taking my love of movies and an turning it into a passion for better sound and picture before home theater was a thing.

What followed all of this was lifetime of learning, trying out the latest and greatest, exploring everything I could related to computers and home technology.

What naturally followed that was becoming everyone’s tech support.

Thanks to a co-worker who insisted on paying for my time, and then telling their friends about me, it slowly grew to be a nice side hustle.

For 20+ years I have been supporting a constantly growing customer base of mostly senior citizens. All through word of mouth. Now I find myself wanting to grow what started organically into something a little bigger.
