In today's world, technology is integral to almost every aspect of life. When it’s not working, frustration can mount and hours of tech support hold music only makes it worse.
We are fortunate. We have grown up watching technology change at a pace never before seen in human human history, and we have tried to learn everything we can along the way.
We don’t know everything. We don’t pretend we do. What we do know, is how to troubleshoot both simple and complex problems.
Our rate is simply $60 per hour, depending on your location, we may charge round trip travel. There is a 1 hour minimum charge.
As this is not our main job, we are generally available 5 PM to 10 PM weekdays and 8 AM to 10 PM on the weekends. We are available for emergencies outside of these hours, but it may be charged above our normal hourly rate.
If we are unable to solve your problem and it is not related to something requiring replacement, we will only charge round trip travel.

With 35 years of experience in building and troubleshooting computers, we are equipped to meet your technology needs. We support all MS Windows versions, providing thorough assistance.
Our services include helping you with software installations, performing upgrades, removing viruses, and resolving various hardware issues that may arise.
Additionally, we offer expert assistance in selecting the right computers for your needs before you make a purchase, so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
Home Networking (Ethernet and Wi-Fi) Smart Home and Gaming Devices and general connectivity
Connection troubleshooting, Network/Wi-Fi setup, including alternate wired options (Home power, Coax)
Switch/XBOX/PlayStation connectivity and connection improvement (reduce lag/increase reliability)
Google Smart Home, Alexa Enabled, Smart Appliances, Thermostats*, Video Doorbells*, Security Cameras*, Wi-Fi extenders.
* These items must already be installed before troubleshooting or assisting with connectivity. We can provide advice on installation, as we have done them in our own home.
Smart TVs, Audio/Video Entertainment Components, Streaming Devices and Services, Casting, Multi screen/Multi Source Switching, Universal Remote Control selection and programming

We do not mount TV’s on the wall. We can provide advice on installation, as we have done them in our own home.
